We provide temporary contractors (to cover for maternity absence and extended sick leave, or simply as extra hands for a key project) across a wide range of communications disciplines. These contracts usually last from three to 12 months, delivering experienced practitioners who have been specifically sourced for their adaptable skillsets and ability to hit the ground running.
Senior Interim Managers are hand-picked by us to bring a particular specialty to your team (e.g., for integration projects or IT-system rollouts) or to manage executive-level projects (e.g., organizational change or management transitions). Our Interims can be in place within a matter of days: We know how essential that is when you have sudden time constraints.

On 31 January 2020, the World Health Organisation classified the coronavirus outbreak as a "global health emergency". That morning, Andrews Partnership assembled a group of communications professionals from 19 different organisations in Asia Pacific to understand how practitioners in the region have been responding to this fast-developing crisis.
